Krav til pasienter
​
Vi stiller krav til at våre operasjonspasienter er fullvaksinerte med minst 2 doser eller har gjennomgått Covid-19 de siste 3 månedene. Dette kravet stilles av hensyn til andre pasienter og ansatte. Pasienten har selv ansvar for å godtgjøre at minst ett av kravene er oppfylt.

Our operation patients will be asked to present a valid Covid certificate as proof of vaccination with minimum 2 shots prior to their operation. Alternatively the patient must present a proof that the patient has been infected with Covid-19 no later than 3 months prior to the operation.

Henvendelser som ikke krever fysisk oppmøte på klinikk skal tas via telefon.
-
Oppmøte på klinikk er kun etter avtale.
-
Ved avtale bes pasient om å møte alene uten pårørende.
-
Hold god håndhygiene inne på klinikken.
-
Hold minst 2 meters avstand til andre pasienter eller ansatte.

Svarer du JA på et av følgende spørsmål, skal du ikke gå inn på klinikken:
1) Føler du deg syk?
2) Har du feber?
3) Har du hoste?
4) Har du testet for koronaviruset?
5) Om du har testet: ble viruset paÌŠvist?
6) Er du i karantene?
7) Er noen av de du bor sammen med i isolasjon eller karantene?
8) Har du i løpet av de siste 14 dagene vært paÌŠ reise utenfor Norge?
9) Har du de siste 14 dagene hatt symptomer paÌŠ forkjølelse/influensa?
10) Har du de siste 14 dagene hatt unormale magesmerter og/eller avføringsproblemer?
11) Har du de siste 14 dagene hatt bortfall av evnen til å smake normalt?
12) Har du registrert deg på smitteappen / og fått varslinger fra denne?

Operasjonspasienter blir oppringt dagen før operasjonen for gjennomgang av spørsmålene.

MEASURES TO PREVENT SPREADING THE CORONAVIRUS AT THE CLINIC:

Requests that do not require physical attendance should be solved via telephone or video link.

Appointments at the clinic must be booked beforehand.
-
Come to your appointment at the clinic alone and without friends, relatives or children.
-
Sanitize frequently while at the clinic.
-
Keep a distance of at least 2 meters to other patients or staff.
If you answer YES to at least one of these questions, you should NOT enter the clinic:

Do you have any fever?

Are you coughing?

Have you been tested?

If you have been tested, was your test positive?

Are you quarantined?

Are any of your household members quarantined?

Have you in the past 14 days traveled abroad?

Have you in the past 14 days had any flu symptoms?

Have you in the past 14 days had any unusual stomach aches and/or gastrointestinal issues?

Have you in the past 14 days had issues tasting?

Have you registered in the Smittestopp (Infection Stop) app and/or received warnings in the app?

Porsgrunn Plastikkirurgi åpner for online-konsultasjoner fra og med mandag 20.04. som et første skritt mot en gradvis gjenåpning av klinikken.
Pasientkonsultasjoner i klinikkens lokaler vil forhåpentligvis starte fra og med mandag 27. april, og følge bransjespesifikke smitteverntiltak i tråd med myndighetenes anbefalinger og regler. Pasienter som har fått utsatt behandling i mars/april vil bli prioritert først.

Inntil videre er det ikke mulig med drop-in.
​
En oppdatering om hvilke type tiltak som tvil tre i kraft vil bli varslet på forhånd.
​
Har du mistanke om luftveisinfeksjon, symptomer som hoste, kortpustethet eller feber i løpet av de
siste 14 dagene eller mistenker coronasmitte , må du ta kontakt på telefon istedenfor å møte opp på
klinikken. Du må være hjemme i 14 dager etter coronasmitte, og om du har vært i nær kontakt med en
som har vært syk eller om du har vært i utlandet.

For å begrense smittespredningen ønsker vi at alle pasienter som har time kommer alene og uten barn.
​

Porsgrunn Plastikkirurgi will offer online consultations with our staff starting on Monday April 20th. Judging by the current situation, a gradual re-opening is planned for Monday April 27th. Patients whose appointments have been postponed due to the corona pandemic will have priority.

Drop-ins are currently on hold.
​
Updates on new precautionary measures will be duly informed.
​
If you have contracted the corona virus or have a suspicion about it, or if you have been in contact with someone whom you suspect is or has been infected or if you have been abroad recently, we kindly ask you to stay at home. If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care and call us in advance. Stay home if you feel unwell.

To limit a potential spread of the virus, we kindly ask all patients to come alone and without children.
​

I tråd med regjeringens og helsemyndighetenes retningslinjer, vil Porsgrunn Plastikkirurgi være stengt for pasienter til og med 13. april. I mellomtiden kan vi kontaktes på e-post eller telefon i våre vanlige åpningstider.

Som et ledd i våre tiltak for å begrense koronasmitten, ber vi alle som har oppholdt seg i eller reist utenfor Norden de siste 14 dagene, eller de som har vært i kontakt med personer med påvist koronavirus eller som har mistanke om egen eller andres koronasmitte, om å ta kontakt med klinikken før avtale.
​
Grunnet den nye situasjonen må personer som er i følge med pasientene vente utenfor klinikken. Dette gjelder både timeavtaler og behandlinger/operasjoner. Adgang til klinikken for andre enn pasientene må avklares på forhånd med klinikken.
